Websites for owner-led businesses · Ohio and remote

Your business is better than your website makes it look.

I build the site, connect the inquiries and follow-up, and hand you the accounts and access. One builder. Fixed scope. No agency runaround.

01 / Selected proof

The work has to explain itself.

One client concept, one live store I own, and one fictional service demonstration. No borrowed logos. No fake client wall.

Listing Launch & Lead Capture System

Approved listing photos and facts become a short social video, a simple property page, ready-to-post copy, and an inquiry path back to the agent.

The expensive problem

Your site should not make good customers do detective work.

01

They cannot tell you are the good one.

You do better work than the shop down the road. Your site makes you look identical, so customers price-shop you.

02

They do not know what to do next.

Pricing, contact, and booking live in four different places, or nowhere. They leave and call someone else.

03

You got handed a mess.

The launch looked nice, but you cannot change the phone number, nobody knows who owns the domain, and hosting renewals arrive as surprises.

02 / The engagement

Start small. Scale only if it earns it.

The technology is chosen afterward, not worn as a costume.

The flagship build

Client-Ready Website System

A custom site with the inquiry path, follow-up, tracking, and launch work needed to turn visitors into real conversations.

  • Offer and page structure
  • Custom design and phone-first build
  • Working form, call, or booking path
  • Lead routing and basic analytics
  • Accessibility and speed checks
  • Launch, documentation, and handoff

Identity work, photography, online stores, migrations, apps, and heavy automation are quoted separately. If one more customer a month would not change much for your business, this probably is not the right investment.

From $8,500

Signature Growth System

For businesses that need more: premium art direction, an online store, automated follow-up, dashboards, a platform migration, or custom integrations.

Price and schedule come from a signed scope. This is not an unlimited transformation.

After launch

Care and Optimization

After launch: monitoring, updates, backups, a monthly look at the numbers, and small improvements inside the agreed support scope.

$350–$1,000/month

03 / How the build works

You always know what stage you are in.

  1. 01

    Fit call

Twenty minutes. What you sell, where it is breaking, and whether this is worth doing at all. I will tell you if it is not.

  2. 02

    Blueprint

We map the offer, the pages, what proof goes where, and what it costs. You get a written scope with a fixed price.

  3. 03

    Design and build

You see the work in stages, not all at the end. If you add something, I quote it first. No surprise invoices.

  4. 04

    Test and launch

I fill out your own forms on real phones before you do. Speed, accessibility, and tracking get checked, not assumed.

  5. 05

    Handoff

You get the accounts, written documentation, and a list of what renews and when. Ongoing help is optional.

04 / The accountable principal

Built after the shift. Operated without the agency shell game.

I'm Julian Shelton. I learned this after factory shifts by building real storefronts, client sites, and the automations behind them. Then I found out which parts break when someone actually uses them.

You work with me directly. If I need to bring in a photographer or specialist, I tell you before it costs you anything.

I care about how it looks. I care just as much about whether the form sends, whether the site works on an older Android, and whether the domain is in your name instead of mine.

05 / Before you call

Questions I get before people call.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

Owner-led businesses that are already good at what they do and already have customers. The site is underselling the business. If one more good customer a month would not move the needle, save your money.

Do you build websites, automations, or both?

The website is the main thing. Lead routing, online stores, dashboards, and automation get added when the business needs them. I do not lead with AI, and I will not sell you a robot you do not need.

What does $4,500 get me?

A custom site: strategy, design and build, a working inquiry or booking path, lead routing, basic analytics, speed and accessibility checks, launch, and handoff. The signed scope decides the exact list before anyone pays.

Who owns the finished work?

After the agreed payments and sign-off, you receive the custom deliverables and account access listed in the agreement. Third-party platforms, fonts, stock media, open-source software, and other licensed items keep their own license terms.

What if the scope changes?

I quote it first: price, timeline impact, and what done means. If something I built is broken against the signed scope, I fix it. That is a defect, not a new project.

Do you guarantee more leads or better rankings?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. I can build and verify the customer path, technical foundation, and tracking. Traffic, your follow-up speed, your pricing, and search platforms are not things I control.

Tell me what's broken.

What you sell, where people fall off, and what would change if it worked. Rough notes are fine. I'll tell you straight whether I can help.
