GRIM EMPIRE HOLDINGS LLC uses the information you submit to evaluate and reply to a project inquiry. It is not sold or used for advertising profiles.
Information collected
Name, reply email, organization, current website, project goal, service interest, budget range, timing, decision role, referral source, consent, limited request metadata, and a salted pseudonymous hash of the source IP for abuse investigation. The raw IP is not written to the lead record, but the hash is not represented as anonymous or impossible to re-identify. Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment-card details, regulated information, or production credentials.
Use and lawful purpose
The information is used to review fit, reply to the inquiry, prepare a Blueprint or project scope when appropriate, protect the form against abuse, and maintain an evidence trail for the business conversation. Typed form content is excluded from analytics.
Processors
Vercel hosts the website and server functions. Supabase stores the private lead record. Cloudflare Turnstile performs abuse prevention. AgentMail sends a minimal operational notice to the owner's Gmail inbox containing only the private inquiry identifier and lead-desk link—not the prospect's submitted form contents. Human replies come from the verified business mailbox.
Retention and deletion
Unconverted inquiries are scheduled for review and deletion within 12 months unless continued correspondence, legal obligations, fraud prevention, or an active business relationship requires longer retention. Request access, correction, or deletion by contacting julian@grimempirestudio.com. Applicable legal exceptions still apply.
Security and limits
Access is restricted to server credentials and the private operations view. No internet system is risk-free; if a material incident affects submitted inquiry data, the studio will investigate, contain, document, and notify affected people when required.
