GRIM EMPIRE HOLDINGS LLC uses the information you submit to evaluate and reply to a project inquiry. It is not sold or used for advertising profiles.
Information collected
Name, reply email, organization, current website, project goal, service and priority-production interest, budget range, timing, decision role, referral source, consent, limited request metadata, and a salted pseudonymous hash of the source IP for abuse investigation. The raw IP is not written to the lead record, but the hash is not represented as anonymous or impossible to re-identify. Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment-card details, regulated information, or production credentials.
Use and lawful purpose
The information is used to review fit, reply to the inquiry, prepare a Blueprint or project scope when appropriate, protect the form against abuse, and maintain an evidence trail for the business conversation. Typed form content is excluded from analytics.
Requested specialist referrals
If you request a merchant processing review, your name, reply email, organization, website, and stated review interest may be shared with the selected payments specialist solely to arrange the requested conversation. Banking, identity, and underwriting documents go directly through the specialist's approved process and should never be submitted through this website.
Site analytics and performance measurement
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand page use and technical performance. Depending on the request and device, Vercel may process the visited URL or route, referrer, filtered query parameters, coarse location such as country or region, browser, operating system, device and network characteristics, Web Vitals, and element attribution needed to diagnose performance. Typed inquiry-form contents are not sent as analytics events. The studio uses this measurement to improve the site, not to build advertising profiles.
Processors
Vercel hosts the website and server functions and provides Web Analytics and Speed Insights. Supabase stores the private lead record. Cloudflare Turnstile performs abuse prevention. AgentMail sends a minimal operational notice to the owner's Gmail inbox containing only the private inquiry identifier and lead-desk link—not the prospect's submitted form contents. Stripe hosts checkout and the billing portal and processes customer, billing, and payment information. Card and bank details are submitted directly to Stripe and are not stored in the studio lead database. Human replies come from the verified business mailbox.
Retention and deletion
Unconverted inquiries are scheduled for review and deletion within 12 months unless continued correspondence, legal obligations, fraud prevention, or an active business relationship requires longer retention. Request access, correction, or deletion by contacting julian@grimempirestudio.com. Applicable legal exceptions still apply.
Security and limits
Access is restricted to server credentials and the private operations view. No internet system is risk-free; if a material incident affects submitted inquiry data, the studio will investigate, contain, document, and notify affected people when required.
